Heal & Paint brought women together for an evening of reflection, creativity, and connection. The space was intentionally created to slow down, release, and explore emotions through guided prompts and painting, without pressure or expectation.
Participants were led through grounding moments and gentle reflection, allowing conversation and creativity to flow naturally. The focus was not on artistic skill, but on presence, honesty, and giving emotions a place to land.
Surrounded by warmth and sisterhood, the experience offered space to breathe, reconnect, and leave feeling lighter and more supported. Heal & Paint reflected the heart of Sister Circle of Chicago, reminding women that healing can be both simple and shared.
The event sold out, and we invite you to join us at the next Heal & Paint, sign up to be notified of upcoming gatherings.
Our very first Sister Circle of Chicago Launch Tea Party was a beautiful beginning to what will now become an annual tradition.
Hosted at Connect Gallery in Hyde Park, the afternoon brought women together in elegance, laughter, and heartfelt conversation. We opened the space with guided meditation and prayer, shared stories, and embraced the power of release through community.
Surrounded by warm energy, tea, and sisterhood, this inaugural event marked the official kick-off of Sister Circle of Chicago—a space where women can come together to heal, grow, and reconnect with their true selves.
