Heal & Paint Event Recap

Heal & Paint

A guided healing paint experience using art therapy, reflection, and restoration

The Tree of Transformation

Through art therapy, we painted our healing journey in three powerful stages

The Roots

We began by painting our roots… the past traumas, the pain we’ve carried, the stories that shaped us. This was our chance to acknowledge what we’ve survived and honor the strength it took to get here.

The Trunk

The trunk represented our present… where we are now in our healing journey. The solid foundation we’re building. The work we’re doing today to grow stronger, stand taller, and become whole.

The Branches

Finally, we painted our branches and leaves… our future, our dreams, the woman we’re becoming. Full of possibility, reaching toward the light, ready to bloom into everything we’re meant to be.

Moments Worth Remembering

A glimpse into the beauty, vulnerability, and connection of the evening

Healing looks like smiling at what you created and who you became in the process. Sisterhood, art, and intentional self-care

Meet Your Facilitator

Christiana Anderson is the CEO and Facilitator of Sister Circle of Chicago

Christiana Anderson

CEO & Sister Circle Keeper

Christiana is the creator and guiding heart behind Sister Circle of Chicago, a sacred space designed for women to heal, unlearn, and reconnect with themselves through honest conversation, shared experience, and intentional community. Grounded in lived wisdom, emotional intelligence, and spiritual discernment, she facilitates circles that invite women to soften without shrinking, speak truth without fear, and release what no longer serves them. Her work centers on collective healing rather than performance, reminding women that growth does not happen in isolation, but through being seen, witnessed, and held by other women who are also doing the work.

“Sisterhood is where healing becomes real, because what was once carried alone is finally carried together.”
