Guided Experience
Opening prayer, gentle prompts, and supportive facilitation throughout.
Join us for an evening where creativity becomes medicine. Heal & Paint is more than a painting class—it’s a ritual of presence, a space to slow down, and an invitation to reconnect with the playful, expressive parts of yourself that may have been silenced.
You don’t need to be an artist. You don’t need experience. You only need to show up with an open heart and a willingness to explore what wants to emerge through color, brush, and breath.
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, guiding you into your body and into the present moment. From there, you’ll create intuitively—no rules, no pressure, just you and the canvas in gentle conversation. Throughout the evening, you’ll sip thoughtfully selected beverages (wine, herbal elixirs, or sparkling water) as soft music fills the space and connection blooms naturally.
This is art as healing. This is community as medicine. This is permission to becoming her again.

Meet Your Facilitator

Christiana Anderson
CEO & Sister Circle Keeper
Christiana is the creator and guiding heart behind Sister Circle of Chicago, a sacred space designed for women to heal, unlearn, and reconnect with themselves through honest conversation, shared experience, and intentional community. Grounded in lived wisdom, emotional intelligence, and spiritual discernment, she facilitates circles that invite women to soften without shrinking, speak truth without fear, and release what no longer serves them. Her work centers on collective healing rather than performance, reminding women that growth does not happen in isolation, but through being seen, witnessed, and held by other women who are also doing the work.
“Sisterhood is where healing becomes real, because what was once carried alone is finally carried together.”
Questions You Might Have
Absolutely not. This space is for all skill levels, and in fact, we encourage you to release any attachment to “doing it right.” This is about expression, not perfection.
Wear something cute & comfortable that you don’t mind getting a little paint on. We provide aprons, but accidents happen in the most beautiful ways.
Yes, you may sponsor multiple tickets. Your generosity directly supports women in the community by making healing experiences accessible regardless of financial position.
Sliding scale pricing and community-funded scholarships are available. If finances are a barrier, join the waitlist. Donated tickets are offered as they become available and are not guaranteed.
When you join the waitlist, you will complete a short form. If a sponsored ticket becomes available, you will receive an email with your ticket details. You must accept the ticket within 48 hours of receiving the email, otherwise it will be released to the next person on the waitlist.
