Sister Circle of Chicago provides community-based events, faith-rooted gatherings, memberships, physical products, raffles, donations, sponsorship opportunities, and related content. These services are offered for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.

Events & Tickets
All event tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

- Late arrivals may not be admitted once an experience has begun, to protect the integrity of the space
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, event ticket purchases are non-refundable. If an event is canceled by Sister Circle of Chicago, ticket holders will be notified of available options.
Memberships
Memberships, including book club or subscription-based offerings, are billed according to the terms presented at checkout.
- Membership fees are billed monthly unless otherwise specified
- Members may cancel at any time through their account or by contacting us
- Membership benefits are subject to change as programs evolve
No partial refunds are issued for unused membership periods. Membership payments are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel at any time to stop future payments.
Physical Products & Kits
Sister Circle of Chicago offers physical products, including Heal & Paint kits and related items.

- All sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or incorrect
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Raffle Tickets
Raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing raffle tickets, you confirm that you meet any applicable age and eligibility requirements. Raffles are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Donations & Sponsorships
Donations and sponsorship contributions are voluntary and non-refundable.
Donations are used to support Sister Circle of Chicago programming, operations, and mission-aligned initiatives. Sponsorship benefits, if applicable, will be outlined prior to acceptance.
Photography, Video & Media Consent
Sister Circle of Chicago events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.
By attending events or participating in activities, you grant Sister Circle of Chicago permission to use your image, likeness, voice, and participation in photographs, video, or audio recordings across marketing materials, social media, website content, and other media formats.
Attendees who do not wish to be recorded must notify a team member prior to or upon arrival so reasonable accommodations can be made.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, text, images, videos, and materials provided by Sister Circle of Chicago are owned by or licensed to Sister Circle of Chicago.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in events, programs, and activities is voluntary. Sister Circle of Chicago is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property that may occur during events or through use of our website or services, except where required by law.
